• 禁止用途： 我们不会将 HealthKit 数据用于广告、营销或数据挖掘目的。我们不会向第三方出售 HealthKit 数据。

• 存储： 健康数据存储在您的设备本地，如果同步到我们的云端进行备份，则通过 HTTPS 加密。

7. Google Health Connect & Google Fit 隐私政策
本节适用于使用 Android 设备的用户，我们利用 Google Health Connect 或 Google Fit API 同步健康数据。

3. 有限使用披露 (Limited Use Disclosure) 使用从 Health Connect 接收的信息将遵守 Health Connect 权限政策，包括“有限使用”要求。
4. 严格的数据共享限制 (Strict Restrictions on Data Sharing)
我们郑重承诺，从 Health Connect 或 Google Fit 接收到的任何健康和体征数据：

从 Health Connect 同步的数据将被安全加密存储。您可以通过应用内的“账号设置 - 数据管理”随时撤销读取权限，并请求彻底删除我们服务器上存储的来源于 Health Connect 的所有相关历史健康数据。当您注销账号时，这些数据也将被自动且永久地销毁。
具体而言：
• 无广告用途： 我们不会将从 Health Connect 获得的数据用于广告或定向投放目的。
• 禁止数据出售： 我们不会向第三方、数据经纪商或信息经销商出售、许可或转让您的 Health Connect 数据。
• 禁止信贷/借贷用途： 我们不会将您的健康数据用于信用评估或保险核保。

8.关于 Google Gemini API 的数据处理与共享
为了生成个性化的“AI 深度健康解读”报告，本应用使用 Google Gemini API 作为底层数据处理引擎。当您使用此功能时，您知晓并同意以下数据处理规则：
•共享的数据范围： 我们会以安全加密的方式，将您的健康与运动核心指标（包括体脂成分、步数、距离、睡眠和热量消耗）传输给 Google Gemini API。我们绝不会向该接口传输您的姓名、联系方式等直接身份识别信息 (PII)。
•处理目的： 您的数据仅被用于即时生成您的专属健康与运动指导报告，不作他用。
•遵守有限使用政策且不用于模型训练： 我们对 Gemini API 的调用严格遵守 Google Cloud 的企业级数据隐私条款及 Health Connect 的有限使用 (Limited Use) 政策。您的健康数据绝不会被 Google 用于训练、优化或改进其基础 AI 模型。 您的数据仅在云端进行单次、实时的推理处理，受到最高级别的安全保护。

As a data controller, Syvols is committed to giving the highest priority to the security and protection of your privacy. 1. What Information Do We Collect? When?

• Environmental Data: IP address, geographic location (required for Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity on certain Android versions).
• Technical Data: Device model, system version, network type, unique identifiers (IMEI/MAC/IMSI), crash logs, cookies.
• Transaction Data: Bank details (only for purchase verification via payment gateways; we do not store full credit card numbers).
We collect data in these scenarios:
• When creating a Syvols account.
• When using app features (alarms, health measurements, geolocation activation for device pairing).
• When syncing devices (wireless connections for data transfer to your account).
• When generating 3D body models via device electrodes.
• When contacting customer support.
• When using PushSDK (device identifiers for manufacturer-specific notifications).

2. How Do We Use Your Data?
• Product Delivery: Store and process data in your account to provide core features, including raw health metrics, metabolic risk assessments, and the generation of your 3D Digital Twin.
• Account Management: Let you control preferences, measurement history, and sharing settings.
• Customer Support: Assist with issues (we access no health or 3D data without your explicit consent).
• Product Improvement: Use anonymized/aggregated data to fix bugs, add features, and optimize the ImpediDense™ modeling algorithms.
• Marketing (Optional): Send surveys or updates (you can opt out via account settings).
• Research: Anonymize health and morphological data for Syvols Health Institute's scientific research to improve metabolic health understanding.

3. Special Section: 3D Body Modeling & Privacy Protection
Syvols utilizes proprietary ImpediDense™ technology to provide a visual representation of your body composition. We have implemented the following strict protections:
1. Strictly Camera-Free: Our 3D modeling process is entirely based on segmental bio-impedance analysis (BIA). The Syvols App does not require, access, or use your device’s camera to generate your 3D avatar. We do not collect or store any photographic or video data.
2. Mathematical Reconstruction: Your 3D digital twin is a mathematical mesh based on anatomical algorithms and volume estimates. It is a visualization of physiological data, not an optical recording.
3. Encryption: 3D mesh files are encrypted during transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest on our secure cloud servers.
4. User Control: You may hide or delete your 3D model history at any time. Deleting a measurement record permanently erases the associated 3D mesh file from our servers within 30 days.

4. How Do We Protect Your Data?
• Security Measures: Proactive risk management, privacy guidelines, and strict access controls (only authorized employees can view data).
• Data Quality: We encourage regular account reviews to keep your information accurate.
• Cookies: Used for website functionality and personalization.
• Children's Privacy: Products are for the general public; we do not target or collect data from minors under 13 (or the local equivalent age).

5. Data Sharing & Retention
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties except:
• Syvols affiliates/authorized partners (strictly bound by this policy).

We retain your data until you request deletion. Upon request via the App settings or support channel, all data constitutes is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Apple HealthKit & CareKit Privacy Policy
This section explains how we handle health data collected via Apple's HealthKit/CareKit frameworks on iOS devices.
1. Collected Health Data Types We may request access to: Steps, Distance, Active Energy, Heart Rate, Sleep Analysis, Weight, Height, Body Fat Percentage, and Cycle Tracking. Note on 3D Data: Your 3D avatar mesh data is exclusive to the Syvols App and is not shared with Apple HealthKit, as HealthKit does not currently support 3D mesh structures.
2. How We Use Health Data
• Core Features: To provide personalized health insights, metabolic analysis, and progress visualization.
• Prohibited Uses: We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data mining purposes. We do not sell HealthKit data to third parties.
3. Data Security & Your Rights
• Storage: Health data is stored locally on your device or encrypted via HTTPS if synced to our cloud for backup.
• Control: Manage app access to HealthKit via your device's "Health" settings.

7. Google Health Connect & Google Fit Privacy Policy
This section applies to users on Android devices where we utilize Google Health Connect or Google Fit APIs to synchronize health data.
1. Data Types We Access To provide comprehensive metabolic analysis (such as Sedentary Risk Assessments and Stress/Cortisol Body Type detection), we may request read access to the following data types via Health Connect:
• Activity: Steps, Distance, Calories Burned, Exercise Sessions.
• Vitals: Heart Rate (Resting & Active).
• Sleep: Sleep Duration and Sleep Stages.
• Body Measurements: Height, Weight, Body Fat (if synced from other devices).
2. How We Use This Data We use this data solely to:
• Correlate your daily activity (Steps/Exercise) with muscle mass trends to identify "Sedentary Lifestyle" risks.
• Analyze sleep patterns in conjunction with visceral fat data to provide insights into stress-related metabolic issues.
• Improve the accuracy of your daily calorie expenditure calculations.
3. Limited Use Disclosure (Google Requirement) The use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
• No Advertising: We do not use data obtained from Health Connect for advertising or targeting purposes.
• No Data Sales: We do not sell, license, or transfer your Health Connect data to third parties, data brokers, or information resellers.
• No Credit/Lending Use: We do not use your health data for creditworthiness assessments or insurance underwriting.
4. Strict Restrictions on Data Sharing
We strictly adhere to the following commitments regarding any health and vital data received from Health Connect or Google Fit:
• Never Sold: Your data will never be sold, rented, or traded to data brokers or information resellers.
• No Advertising: Your data will never be used for advertising, creating advertising user profiles, or any other marketing purposes.
• Limited Sharing: Unless it is necessary to perform the core functions of the app (with your explicit consent), comply with applicable laws, or respond to legitimate regulatory requests, we will not share your health data with any third-party platforms.
5. Data Retention and Deletion Rights
Data synchronized from Health Connect is securely encrypted and stored. You maintain full control over your data: you may revoke read permissions at any time through the app's "Account Settings - Data Management" section, and you may request the complete deletion of all your Health Connect-sourced historical data stored on our servers. Furthermore, upon the deletion of your account, all associated health data will be automatically and permanently destroyed.

8.Third-Party AI Processing via Google Gemini API
To generate the personalized "AI Health Insights" report, our application utilizes the Google Gemini API as our data processing engine. By using this feature, you acknowledge the following data handling practices:
• Data Shared: We securely transmit specific health metrics (including body composition, steps, distance, sleep, and calories) to the Google Gemini API. We do NOT share any directly identifiable personal information (PII) such as your name or contact details.
• Purpose of Processing: The data is processed solely for the transient generation of your personal health and fitness analysis.
• Strict Adherence to Limited Use & No Model Training: Our use of the Gemini API strictly complies with Google Cloud's Enterprise Data Privacy terms and the Health Connect Limited Use policy. Your health data is NOT used by Google to train, retrain, or improve their foundational AI models. The data is processed in real-time and is not retained for any other purposes.
